These locally sourced ingredients commingle in our traditional pot still, are barreled and then aged for seven years. We carefully selected the very best barrels to blend into this limited edition Bottled In Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

Proofed slightly to 100 with water sourced from a nearby artesian aquifer. This minimal proofing reveals sweet aromatic notes of caramelized sugar, a balanced palate of dried fruit, and a deep amber hue. This is a remarkably regal bourbon.
