The Empty Bottle is the official Tasting Room of Southern Tier Distilling Company, located at the distillery in beautiful Lakewood, NY.  We are open year round, Thursday through Sunday for cocktails, spirit flights, retail purchases, and more.  It’s the perfect spot for a date night or get-together with friends.

Belly up to our cozy bar or grab a table and try any of our products. Peruse the extensive cocktail menu featuring an array of unique hand-crafted libations, including classics such as the Phin’s Old Fashioned.

The Empty Bottle doesn’t serve food, but you’re welcome to pick up from the Empty Pint at the brewery. Occasionally we host food trucks, and you’re always welcome to bring in your own food.  We often have live music from some of the area’s best musicians, and every first Sunday of the month is our Chautauqua-famous Bloody Mary Bar where you can choose from an assortment of hot sauces, pickled vegetables, cured meats, and cheeses.
