We offer tours of the distillery every FRIDAY at 6pm (click here for tickets) Otherwise, tours must be booked in advance and are available for groups of 2-20 guests. Tour size is strictly enforced, and we cannot guarantee availability. Please contact info@southerntierdistilling.com for more information or to book a tour of our Distillery.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Tours are limited to groups of 2-20 guests.
- A valid I.D. (21+ years old) is required to taste any spirits.
- Cost is $15 per person
Private Tastings
Private Tastings are available at the distillery for groups of 2-10 guests and can be customized to fit your needs. Tasting size is strictly enforced, and we cannot guarantee availability. Please contact info@southerntierdistilling.com for more information or to book a Private Tasting.

Cocktail Classes

Private Events
Looking for a place to host your next private event? The Empty Bottle Tasting Room can accommodate up to 50 people and is available most Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. Reservations are made by contacting info@southerntierdistilling.com
