The Empty Bottle is the official Tasting Room of Southern Tier Distilling Company, located right at the distillery in beautiful Lakewood, NY.  We are open Thursday through Sunday for cocktails, spirit flights, retail purchases, and more – all year round.  It’s the perfect spot for a date night or get-together with friends.

Belly up to our cozy bar or grab a table and try any of our products, and peruse the extensive cocktail menu featuring an array of unique hand-crafted libations, including classics such as the Phin’s Old Fashioned made with Straight Bourbon, simple syrup, Angostura bitters, and orange bitters.

The Empty Bottle doesn’t serve food, but occasionally we have a local food truck and you’re always welcome to bring your own to enjoy while you’re here.  We often have live music from some of the area’s best musicians, and every first Sunday of the month is our Chautauqua-famous Bloody Mary Bar where you can choose from an assortment of hot sauces, pickled vegetables, cured meats, and cheeses.
