Pumking Cocktails and Shooters

Ingredients

Ice
2oz Southern Tier Pumking Whiskey
1oz Pineapple Juice
1oz Orange Juice
.5oz Lime Juice
.5oz Coconut Creme
.5oz Simple Syrup
3 dashes fresh grated nutmeg
Chilled collins glass
1 pineapple spear for garnish

Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Combine the whiskey, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, coconut creme, and syrup in the shaker and shake for about 10 seconds. Dirty pour into the glass. Top with more ice and the nutmeg. Garnish with the pineapple spear. Enjoy! #pumkingwhiskey

Royal Squeeze

Ingredients

Ice
1 part Southern Tier Pumking Whiskey
2 parts Lemonade
1 lemon wedge for garnish
Chilled collins glass

Directions

Fill the glass with ice and add the whiskey and lemonade. Stir and garnish with the lime. Enjoy! #pumkingwhiskey

Espresso Pumtini

Ingredients

Ice
1 part Southern Tier Pumking Whiskey
1 part Fresh Brewed Espresso
1 part Southern Tier King Abides
Whiskey Cream Liqueur
3 Coffee Beans for garnish
Martini, Coupe, or other Stemmed Cocktail Glass

Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Combine all ingredients in the shaker and shake for about 10 seconds. Strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with the coffee beans. Enjoy! #pumkingwhiskey

Ingredients

Ice
1 part Southern Tier Pumking Whiskey
2 parts Ginger Ale
1 lime wedge for garnish
Chilled collins glass

Directions

Fill the glass with ice and add the whiskey and ginger ale. Stir, garnish with lime wedge and serve.

Pumking Cream

 

Pumking Cream Shooter

Ingredients

2 parts Pumking Whiskey
1 part Bailey’s Irish Cream
Ice
Shot Glass

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds.Strain into the shot glass. Enjoy with friends!
